Titel: Need help with 1687 tax record

Attached is a 1687 tax record.  Will someone confirm or correct my translation of the circled text for Vigåssa, Annerstad?

I think it says:

Vigåssa Jon and wife, ? Anders
            Per and wife

Would this indicate that Per is related to Jon or could they be an unrelated couple?

No - you cannot be sure that these people are related until you have done research who they are, when they came there, and from where. They might be related - or married to one or the other's sibling. The farmhand Anders might be a son - or not. Impossible to say just by this one note. Sorry,

That is what I thought but want to make sure I understand.  This and the other questions you responded to are part of the research I'm doing on the most recent information that Lars-Ola sent.  Trying to put together a basic timeline.  I'll elaborate more on the other questions.
