I need help understanding the meaning of two columns in the tax record of Brandstad from the 1790s. I have translated them but they don't make much sense.
The first column says "Torpare och Gasehusman" which I believe translates to "cottager and street house man".
Under that is says "med utsäde" and "utan utsäde" which I believe translates to "with seeds" and "without seeds".
Below that is looks like men and women
Are my translations correct? What does with and without seeds refer to?
Are these for people who own their property?
The next column looks like "inhyses och ?". I can't make out the last word.
Under that it looks like it says men and women.
Are these people who rent from the land owner?
So it seems that a person should be in one or the other of these two columns.
I am hoping to get a better understanding of what these two columns mean.
I have attached an image of the columns from the 1795 tax registry.

You reading is correct. The last column seems to say "inhyses och löst folck", people renting their home or it might be paid by the welfare system.

Utsäde is seed used for sowing next year, I don't know why that is mentioned in a tax record. Maybe they payed less tax if they couldn't store seed so they had to buy it next year
