Titel: Need help with place of birth on household record

Can anyone tell me what the place of birth (circled in yellow) is on the attached household record for Jacob Swensson at Malmaryd, Angelstad? 

Also, there are two 1-word notes on the far right (circled in blue) can anyone tell what those words are?

I think he is born in Hvittaryd = Vittaryd. The first blue is "orkeslös" (infirm?), the second I don't know.

Thank you so much!  I have been trying to find his place of birth for the last week!  There is a birth record that fits for him at that place so I will likely have more questions (which I'll post separately) - It appears his father was a soldier.   :)
