Can anyone tell me what the word is that is circled on the attached copy of a 1771 birth record?

So far, my understanding of this birth record is:

In Torpa, on 1 March (1771) born to Lars Persson and wife Elin Andersdotter ??? in Torpa, baptized (i'm not clear on the date of baptism) a child named Kierstin... (I can read most of the names of the witnesses)

If anyone can help me with this word, I'd really appreciate it,

barn = child

The date of Kierstin’s baptism was March 3.

Thank you to both of you!  I didn't get that it was "child!"  I should have realized.   :-[
