Attached is a 1692 tax record, with two words circled, that I need help with. Can anyone tell me what the words are?

I've also noticed on these early tax records that some farms seem to be designated for military - is that correct?
Thank you for any help with this,

Crono. Krono, owned by the crown.
Brukar. Farming (bad translation but I think you understand)

Ulf was faster, but I will post anyway.
First word is "crono", farm belongs to the crown/state. Other word is "brukar". It means use or user, and in this context I think it means that the person has his own little household even if he's not married and have a family.
The military connection is who they pay their taxes to, I think. Every officer had the taxes from some specific farms as his wages.

Thanks to you both!
I know we just discussed crown properties. :) but I still have trouble with the handwriting. Every note is significant in helping to further my research so I appreciate it very much.
Thank you for your help and patience,

And I thank you for that Kalle. The screen on my phone is cracked so it was a real struggle just to get that message sent. :)
