Titel: Question on tax notations

Two of the tax records I've found contain some notations that I don't understand.  Attached are copies of these two records, for 1727 and 1728.

If anyone can explain what these notes mean (I think they relate to each other), I would be greatly appreciative.

I can only read the 1728 note. It says wid Regementet. At the regiment.
