Titel: Need help with 1782 tax record

Attached is a 1782 tax record for Jonas Arvidsson at Kånna Arvidsgarden, Kånna, Kronoberg, Sweden.

Can anyone help with the note that is written on far right side of the record (which contains the date 1781)?

Also, there are 2 names written under Jonas' name but I can't tell if they are his children or servants and what their names are.

Any help would be much appreciated,

The oval is more tricky for me.

Thank you!   So, the first is his son, but the second is a maid? (not a relative, at least not a daughter)

The note is interesting - I wonder what that might mean that they would mention it.  Anyone else have any idea on that?

Agree about the note.
Since there are three persons counted for in the line but only two names...

Thanks for this!   I see what you mean - why are 3 counted but only 2 names on that line? 

Is the missing name the son that was missing in 1781?  Jonas had one other son, named Måns, who was born in 1769 and who maybe should have been listed - was tax paid for him even though he was missing that year? 

I'm totally confused on this one! 

If anyone else can shed some light on this, I would appreciate it.
