Titel: Help with birth record

I need help with a birth record that is very difficult to read.    I can't tell if the record is partially crossed out or if some of it is coming through from the other side of the page.  The child's name may be either Elin or Erik.  The birth date is January 20 The parents may be Erik and Segrid. 

A copy is attached but it is pretty useless.   If you look on AD, it is the last entry (#3 for 1744) on page 114.

If anyone can offer any help with this, I'd really appreciate it.

Elin is the child, Mäste is the place. And you got the parents names correctly.  :)
