Why do the household records in this parish only go up to 1924?
Other parishes in other counties go up to 1940/1945.

The reason is that in Sweden there is a privacy limit of 70 years. The latest accessible household record in Bjurholm goes up to 1938. The following household record should end after 1948 and is therefore not accessible. But there are two registers which contain material from the 1940s, AIIb:2 and AIIb:3.

You will probably read this the very day I am typing the answer, June 24th.
You were right when you persisted that the Household records goes to 1924. Because this family lived in Grundsunda, not Bjurholm.
I have though access to a database made by Georg Lundqvist and this is what it tells about the family:

The elder is still alive and lives in Vallentuna some 60 km north of Stockholm. I have a slight memory of that Karl Gösta died some years ago and lived in Grundsunda. My death CD ends 2013.

Jag hittade Karl-Gösta Häggblad på dödskivan. Han dog den 30 okt. 1998 boende i Edsbro, född den 13 aug 1927 i Grundsunda.
