I am trying to find the gravestone/cemetery location for my g-g-g grandfather Erik Ersson. Born 28-12-1781 inLund, Hällesjö, Jämtland, Sweden. Died 13-1-1872 buried on 4-2-1872 Storåsen, Hällesjö, Jämtland, Sweden (Death record attached).
Wife's name Ingrid Andersdotter 1787-1880 died in Storasen.
Son is Erik Eriksson lived in Lund, Mjosjo, and Alanset, Hallesjo Parish born 1816 and died in Minnesota, USA 1889.
I am not sure how to find his funeral record or any document of where exactly her was buried. I know of the Swedish digital gravestone project but have not found his name or wife's in the database. Were the cemeteries generally next to the Parish? Would these gravestones still be visible.
Any information or help is appreciated!

They should be buried in the churchyard right outside of the church. In a rural and remote place like Hällesjö with 55 inhabitants the graves shouldn't have been reused, so the tombstones should still be there. No one has registrerd them online yet though.
