My great-great grandfather emigrated from Norway to America in 1888, and married a Swedish woman in 1892. Four years later he would marry again to my Swedish great-great grandmother.
I have searched all the databases known to me, and I cannot find the first woman in any record/census. I was hoping someone here might have better luck. She should absolutely be in recent census data, however, I do not know her year of birth, or location. My great-great grandpa was born in 1867, so it's likely she was similar in age.
The database containing the marriage record says her name is "Olea Eurue Isaksen". I think it almost looks like her last name is Jakobsen; However, someone suggested her name is probably Olea Erika Isaken the daughter of Erik Isaksen and Carolina Liljeroos. I've attached a copy of the index for viewing.

Olea is not a common Swedish name. Only one born between 1865-1870 was found in Swedish census 1900 but 177 in Norwegian census the same year. The ending -sen in a last name is not typical Swedish, Isaksen should have been Isaks(s)on.
On the other hand it is not impossible that Carolina Liljeros is a Swedish name. Perhaps Olea was born in USA with a Norwegian father and a Swedish (or Finnish) mother?

It's so interesting, this woman would be the exact age as the women my ancestor remarried and had children with. Same age, same ethnicity. Makes me wonder if he remarried my great-great grandma because she reminded him of this woman.
My ancestor allegedly emigrated from Norway to America in 1888, so it's likely the two could have met then.
He married her in 1892, and she disappears from the face of the Earth after that. If this is the same women, she could have returned home and lost contact, they could have went separate ways, who knows. I'll try to do some more searching of the American records for an Olga now, and see what comes up.
My ancestor remarried the woman in 1896 in another state, but I believe was living with her in 1895.
