Titel: Help translating part of one sentence from deed record

Could someone please transcribe and translate part of the sentence in the attached image, beginning with the word after “arfvingar” in the second line and ending with the first word in the fourth line?

The sentence is from the Småprotokoll records, 1644–1860, Redvägs häradsrätt in Älvsborgs län, Family History Library microfilm #166392, Autumn Court Term 1853, Lagfarts Protokoll No. 1, Rassbo eller  Ödegärdet, 20 September 1853, where it appears as part of a Köpebref that was included in that record. I checked the Riksarkivet and ArkivDigital web sites but apparently they do not have images of the record.

I can't translate it exactly but based on the information gathered in that 1849 heritage document they split Backa estate. The widower got the "noble" part of Rassbo while the children got the part of Rassbo that had to pay tax, or they could have Ödegärdet instead

 ... "1/4 mantal tax earth alias Ödegärdet". Thus no options.
