Hello Peg Schafer,
According to the book Torp och backstugor i Södra Vi, 1981, page 32, the original house at Hulthorvan was destroyed by fire in 1837. The next house built there is still existing, even according to the updated version of the same book on CD from 2002. Maybe the local genealogical society could help you get a photo of the building?
