Jeff! Here is another fragment of a letter from Selma to her cousin Joseph in Sweden. When she wrote the letter Joseph temporarily lived in Washington and Oregon. He stayed there for more than two years and then return home to his dear wife. He was working hard to earn some money to pay a heavy private lone on his Swedish farm. And so he did one of many receipts below! He was a strictly religious and thrifty middle-aged man. It is a pity all the other pages belonging to this romantic letter from one of Frank Petersons seven daughters are missing. Frank evidently had no sons.
