If you are interested in individual soldiers of the First Life Grenadier Regiment you might want to get in touch with the Garnisonsmuseet i Linköping (The garrison museum in Linköping). The have a register/database covering the soldiers of the regiment. The register contains 14.507 names covering the period between 1600 and 1899.
