Titel: Help with translation of Place name in immigration

Can someone make out the name of the area which Lars Peter Falk and family immigrated into in Eskilstina,Sodermanland.
 
The GID no is 79.75.15900 and the record is no.65 to 69, 14th June 1839.

It is not an area, it\s the owner of the house they live in, Dir. Munktell. You can find your family at GID79.41.36500.

Hi Jenny, I just like to point out that 'Dir.' is an abbreviation of the word/title 'director'.
