Hello Erika. You probobly have to contact Landsarkivet i Uppsala, a government authority wich handles this kind of documents. Information about pepole between the years 1900-1947 is a bit tricky to get without their help.
Their e-mail adress is landsarkivet@landsarkivet-uppsala.ra.se, just write what you wrote here and what kind of information you are looking for. Ask for your grandparents birth date and birth place and then you can post the information here and most likly someone here can help you after that.
